Interested in being a part of all the action at the Whole Hog BBQ & Music Festival? We are currently accepting applications for food and craft vendors for this exciting event!

Last year more than 1,000 people enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon of great music and BBQ, and we anticipate the 2011 gate could increase significantly due to an expanded marketing strategy, the addition of a beer garden and new BBQ vendors. The Whole Hog is an opportunity for your products to attract some well-deserved attention in the Cohase region of Vermont and New Hampshire.  It’s also a great chance to listen to awesome music and sample some outstanding BBQ while selling your wonderful items at the same time!! If you have been with us at other events, we appreciate your past support and hope you will consider joining us again this year.

To be certain that we have a variety of vendors, we would appreciate a call or email message from you as soon as possible to confirm your intentions. Then, please download and complete the application form and return it to the Chamber with your deposit. Application form and deposit are due no later than June 17, 2011.

• Fairgrounds will open at 8:00am for setup.
• Vending sites must be attended at all times during the festival and the vendor must remain set up until 8:00 pm.
• Camping facilities are available for $20 per night, with water & power hookups.
• Please contact us if you plan to camp onsite.

• Fee: $30 for non-members; $20 for Cohase Chamber or WREN members.
• Space: 10’x10’ space allocated – let us know if you need more. You provide your own popup, tent, tables, or other setup.
• Two free festival passes, if requested.
• You must have your own liability insurance.

• Fee: $50 for non-members; $40 for Cohase Chamber or WREN members.
• Space: Please contact us using the form below to identify your space needs and whether you will require water and/or power. If you need more than 500 watts, there may be an additional charge.
• Four free festival passes, if requested.
• You must have your own liability insurance.
